However, according to the British "Financial Times", experts behind the upcoming "Online Safety Bill" (Online Safety Bill) said that the metaverse will be subject to strict British supervision, and virtual worlds created by companies such as Meta and Microsoft will be restricted. The tech giants could face billions of pounds in potential fines due to the upcoming UK cybersecurity bill.
