Spanish Congress Representative Suggests Country to Absorb Kazakh BTC Miners

Spanish Congress representative Maria Muñoz has written to Congress asking what Spain can do to attract BTC mining operations fleeing Kazakhstan.

Also, in the same letter, she asked how the BTC mining industry is developing in the country and how Spain uses energy. At one point, the Bitcoin hash rate dropped by more than 12 percent as a suspension of internet access in Kazakhstan affected Bitcoin miners settled in the country.
