Ferrari sets up digital services department to explore technologies such as metaverse and NFT

Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna said on February 3 that the company had created a division focused on digital services to explore opportunities in a metaverse that combines virtual reality, gaming and social media. The move also includes technologies such as blockchain and NFTs.

"It's important to look at new technologies that can help our brand," Vigna said on a conference call with analysts. Ferrari is seeking new technology partners, he said.
