The European Parliament has voted in favor of a package of laws to effort anti-money laundering measures in traditional institutions and crypto platforms.The law does not ban self-storage wallets, but imposes stricter measures on providers of centralized crypto services.Basically, companies will have to follow standard KYC/AML procedures and stop providing services to anonymous users.Centralized providers will also not be able to provide services for anonymous cryptocurrencies.
