The CFTC chairman reiterated that most crypto assets are commodities

According to Fox reporter Eleanor Terrett, CFTC Chairman Rostin Benham said an Illinois court has affirmed that BTC and ETH are classified as digital commodities.Benham once again added that 70-80% of assets in the crypto market are not securities.
