Paolo Ardoino said major auditors are reluctant to cooperate with Tether to avoid damaging its reputation

Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said that auditors from the “big four” (Deloitte, PwC, EY and KPMG) do not want to work with Tether because this cooperation could damage their reputation.He said a lot of congressional officials are negative about digital assets.Ardoino also added that stablecoin providers will not be as lucrative customers as traditional financial companies because all assets are recorded on the blockchain.Still, working with one of these auditors remains a top priority for the company.Tether is now undergoing quarterly attestations with the firm BDO Italia.
