Immutable, Polygon and King River Capital have launched a $100 million fund called Games Fund (IGF).The fund will invest in high-growth Web3 gaming startups.Venture capital firm King River will lead the investment process, and developers from Immutable and Polygon Labs will provide project sourcing expertise.The fund has already raised its first $30 million.Commitments for the investment have been received from Alpha Wave Ventures (backed by Alpha Wave Global and Chimera Capital of Abu Dhabi Royal Group), as well as Merit Circle, Mike Arrington, Sandeep Nailwal of Polygon Labs and Immutable co-founders James and Robbie Ferguson.
