Coinbase has integrated the Lightning Network

Coinbase has begun supporting the Lightning Network. The exchange has partnered with Lightspark for this integration.Transfers through Lightning will be subject to a 0.1% fee. There will also be a withdrawal limit of $2000 in BTC at launch.
