Binance has filed a motion with the court demanding that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) clarify whether USDC is a security.The company cited the recent case against Mango Markets hacker Abraham Eisenberg.In that case, prosecutors argued that there was “no factual basis” for designating USDC as a security.Previously, the SEC had labeled the BUSD stablecoin as a security.
