On March 20, Paris Blockchain Week (PBW) kicked off with pre-summit events including the Talent Fair, Startup Competition, and Investors Day. The event, which sold out last year and attracts over 10,000 attendees, is one of the world's largest blockchain, crypto, and Web3 conferences.
The summit, which began on March 22, features speakers from major industry players like ConsenSys, Ledger, Animoca Brands, and Algorand. Topics covered include public policy, enterprise blockchain, open finance, Web3 art, and investing in Web3 culture and entertainment. Additionally, PBW has a dedicated event for investors, a startup competition, a hackathon, and other side events.
Despite ongoing protests in Paris, Animoca Brands CEO Robby Yung noted that the local government provided a "warm embrace" for event participants. Cointelegraph is covering PBW with continuous updates, key takeaways, highlights, and behind-the-scenes footage. Last year's event featured keynotes from industry leaders such as Changpeng Zhao of Binance and Paolo Ardoino of Tether.
